BossDesk.ph is online business software for small and medium businesses in the Philippines. It is used in the browser; there is nothing to install and nothing is shipped.
Free today
Every feature is currently free for every account and every Company Workspace. No payment details are asked for, and no payment is taken.
- Check printing, check records, payees and checks to deposit
- HR: employee records, attendance with the Employee App, leave, payroll, payslips, 13th month pay and government contributions
- Rentals, utility and telecom bill tracking
- Tasks, memos and announcements
- PDF and file tools
Paid Company plans
We plan to introduce paid subscription plans for Company Workspaces, billed online monthly or yearly. They are not available yet, and no start date has been set.
Before anything is charged, the price of each plan, what it includes and the start date will be published on this page. A Workspace is never charged without its owner choosing a plan and confirming the payment.
Workspaces that already exist
Company Workspaces created while BossDesk is free keep all features at no charge after paid plans start, as set out in the Terms of Use. Paid plans will apply to Workspaces created after the free period ends.
Payments and refunds
When paid plans start, payments will be made online through a licensed payment provider. BossDesk does not store card numbers. Prices will be shown in Philippine pesos.
The first payment for a Workspace can be refunded in full within 7 days. See the Refund Policy.
