BossDesk.ph stores the information needed to provide business tools such as check records, tasks, people management, rentals, support, and account access.

Information We Use

We may store account details, business records you enter, uploaded documents, printer feedback images, and support messages. We use this data to operate the service, protect accounts, and respond to requests.

Security

We use protected authentication, database access controls, and server-side checks to keep account data separated by user and workspace.

App Attendance Evidence

When a Company enables App clocking, every Clock in, Start break, End break, and Clock out uses a new live camera photo and precise location. BossDesk creates a private watermarked photo containing the Company, address, weather when available, the Branch-local server date and time, and clock action. Accuracy remains protected evidence rather than visible watermark text. The photo, precise coordinates, address, and location capture details are normally deleted after 90 days. Authorized Company attendance managers may pause that deletion for a documented investigation or legal matter. The hold is audited and must be released when it is no longer needed.

Payments and usage limits

Airwallex hosts Company checkout and processes recurring payments. BossDesk stores only bounded provider identifiers and subscription facts needed to maintain a User-scoped paid plan and, after the purchaser chooses to create one, administer its bound Company. Payment confirmation does not create Workspace data. BossDesk does not store full card numbers, CVV, wallet credentials or provider secrets. Check generation limits use account, bounded cookie, network rate-limit and daily usage facts without an opaque device fingerprint.

The underlying attendance time, employee, Company, and clock action are kept for at least three years as an employment record. BossDesk does not continuously track employee location or use the attendance location for background monitoring.
