BossDesk.ph provides business tools for check printing, records, tasks, people, rentals, PDF tools, and related workflows.

Use of the Service

You are responsible for the accuracy of business records, check details, uploaded documents, and payment information entered into your account.

Free access and Workspaces

Guest access includes up to two valid check PDFs per Asia/Manila day. Personal access normally includes five per day. While platform-wide free access is enabled, signed-in Personal printing and creation of Company Workspaces are unlimited. No end date is currently announced.

Workspaces present during the free-access period, including previously paid Workspaces and those created during the period, retain Full features at no charge after the period ends. Starter user and Task Board limits do not apply to these retained Workspaces. Normal roles, permissions and abuse-prevention limits still apply.

BossDesk does not currently sell paid subscriptions or accept payments. Any future charges will be disclosed separately before purchase, on the Plans and Pricing page, and refunds follow the Refund Policy. Historical payment records are retained for accounting and reconciliation.

After free access ends, Personal printing returns to its applicable allowance. While a historical paid Company plan remains valid, its purchasing account has unlimited Personal check printing. Company members do not inherit that Personal printing benefit.
