BossDesk.ph provides business tools for check printing, records, tasks, people, rentals, PDF tools, and related workflows.

Use of the Service

You are responsible for the accuracy of business records, check details, uploaded documents, and payment information entered into your account.

Plans and Company billing

Guest access includes up to two valid check PDFs per Asia/Manila day. Personal Free includes up to five per day and does not include a Company Workspace. Your first paid Company plan may use Starter at PHP 99 per month or Full at PHP 399 per month; each later Company requires its own Full plan. While a paid Company plan remains active, its exact purchasing account has unlimited Personal check printing without creating or switching to a Company. Company members do not inherit that Personal printing benefit from the purchaser.

BossDesk may temporarily enable platform-wide free access for signed-in accounts. While enabled, Personal printing and creation of Company Full Workspaces are unlimited without starting a subscription. Company Workspaces created during that period remain available after it ends, but future Company creation and Personal printing return to the normal rules. This free-access period does not cancel, pause, resume, or change any existing recurring subscription.

Company plans have no free trial. Airwallex confirmation of the first recurring payment starts the subscription and adds capacity for one paid Company plan to your account and activates that purchasing account's Personal printing benefit; it does not create a Company. You may later name and create that Company from Account → Billing while the plan remains paid and active. Plans renew automatically until cancelled even before they are assigned to a Company. An unassigned plan that is cancelled, unpaid, or past its paid period cannot create a Company and no longer supplies unlimited Personal printing. If a bound Company renewal is not confirmed by the end of the paid period, that Company becomes read-only; authorized viewing, controlled exports, billing recovery, support, security and legally required retention remain available.
